Welcome to Coppoletta Candle Creations Wholesale! We value our retail partners and aim to provide a smooth and profitable experience. Please review the following terms and conditions before submitting your wholesale application.
Eligibility Requirements
Business Verification: All wholesale partners must provide a valid Resale/Tax ID Number and have an active business selling candles, home decor, or related products.
Minimum Order Requirement: Our minimum order for wholesale purchases is $200 per order. This ensures you get access to our best pricing.
Order Volume: Orders must be placed in case packs or sets of candles based on product type (e.g., packs of 6 or 12).
Pricing and Payment
Wholesale Pricing: Approved retailers will receive our wholesale pricing sheet after submitting their application. Prices are subject to change, and you will be notified of any changes 30 days in advance.
Payment Terms: We require payment at the time of ordering. We accept major credit cards and PayPal.
Sales Tax: Sales tax will not be charged on wholesale orders if a valid Resale/Tax ID is provided. Otherwise, applicable taxes may apply.
Ordering Process
Placing Orders: Once your wholesale account is approved, you can place orders through the online portal or by contacting our wholesale team via email or phone.
Lead Time: Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days, depending on the size of the order. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Rush Orders: If you need an order quickly, please contact us. We can often accommodate rush orders for an additional fee.
Shipping
Shipping Costs: Wholesale orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise requested. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of the order and will be added to your final invoice.
International Shipping: We currently ship wholesale orders within the U.S. and Canada. For other international inquiries, please contact us to discuss potential shipping options and rates.
Damaged or Lost Items: Please inspect all shipments upon receipt. If you receive damaged products or your shipment is lost, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a credit for the damaged goods.
Returns and Cancellations
Returns: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on wholesale orders unless the items are damaged or defective upon receipt.
Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After that, cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee.
Exclusivity
We do not guarantee exclusivity unless discussed and agreed upon in writing. If you are interested in becoming the exclusive retailer of Coppoletta Candle Creations in a particular region, please reach out to us to discuss terms.
Marketing and Branding
Brand Representation: Retailers must display and market Coppoletta Candle Creations in a manner consistent with our branding and guidelines. Altering labels or packaging is strictly prohibited.
Images and Assets: Upon request, we can provide high-resolution images of our products for use on your website and marketing materials. Please credit Coppoletta Candle Creations when using our photos or descriptions.
Termination of Wholesale Accounts
Coppoletta Candle Creations reserves the right to terminate any wholesale account at any time if we believe our brand is being misrepresented, payment terms are not met, or there is a breach of these terms and conditions.
