Return Policy

  1. Duration: Customers may return unused items within 30 days of purchase.

  2. Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Any candles that have been lit or show signs of wear are not eligible for return.

  3. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

  4. Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  5. Exceptions: Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
